Job summary

IV Nutrition is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to support daily clinic operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional intravenous vitamin infusion services. This role blends clinical care with sales leadership to enhance client experiences and drive retention.

You will oversee staff performance, ensure safety and quality in treatments, and partner with the Clinic Director to achieve revenue and service-excellence goals.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification are required.
• 1 year of vascular access or infusion experience.
• 1 year of leadership/management experience.
• Experience in sales, memberships, retail healthcare, hospitality, or client retention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies and monitor treatments.
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and well‑being throughout services.
• Document client interactions, treatments, and responses.
• Provide education to clients regarding therapies, memberships, and wellness services.
• Deliver a high‑touch client experience that promotes loyalty and long‑term relationships.
• Address client concerns and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
• Support membership enrollment, renewals, and retention initiatives.
• Lead and coach staff on sales conversations and client relationship building.
