HopeWest is seeking a Clinic Manager (RN) to lead the PACE clinic’s day-to-day operations in Western Colorado. You’ll guide an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care that keeps participants safely at home.

Ideal candidates have a BSN, CO RN license, CPR, and leadership experience. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits with a focus on elder care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current, unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance
• Current CPR certification
