Trinity Health PACE seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee nursing services for participants in the PACE Organization, optimizing operations across community, day center, and clinic settings. You will align resources with organizational goals and lead a collaborative team to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, a BSN, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services for PACE participants across community, day center, and clinic.
• Lead by example, promote Trinity Health PACE values among staff and participants.
• Coordinate with primary care team and other divisions to meet operational goals.
• Manage department budget, supplies, and cost-saving opportunities.
