HopeWest is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager (RN) to lead the daily operations of our PACE clinic, coordinating an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, participant-centered care in home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of healthcare leadership experience required; 3 years preferred.
• 1-2 years of clinic setting experience highly preferred.
• Valid Colorado driver's license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance.
• Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the PACE Clinic to ensure efficient workflows.
• Provide leadership to clinical staff and support clinical best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and implement clinical policies.
• Maintain operational excellence aligned with HopeWest standards.
• Lead teams and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
