Job summary

Crossover Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the clinical and administrative operations of a multi-disciplinary primary care clinic in Minot, ND. The CM will implement standards of care, coordinate schedules, and support patient care with a patient-centered approach.

The role requires LVN/LPN licensure with at least 3 years of clinical experience, experience opening and managing a multi-provider clinic, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN/LPN with active license and BLS.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic.
• Experience opening, operating and managing a multi-provider clinic.
• Experience staffing and managing a team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical and administrative operations of the multi-disciplinary primary care clinic.
• Lead and coach staff, coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure efficient clinic coverage.
• Collaborate with care teams to improve patient experience and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
