Job summary

Public Consulting Group seeks a Client Success Partner for EDPlan Health in Oklahoma. This remote role focuses on managing client relationships, driving adoption of the EDPlan Health system, and coordinating with Regional Teams across multiple states and projects.

You will apply nursing knowledge and project-management skills to train users, provide Tier 2/3 support, and ensure successful delivery of client engagements. A RN license is required, and travel is expected within Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Proven client/team relationship building experience.
• Strong communication skills (presentation, facilitation, written).
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or nursing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term client relationships and expand influence to improve retention.
• Lead health client engagements and meetings with nursing subject matter expertise.
• Provide training on EDPlan Health for end users and admins as needed.
• Serve as a main internal contact for Regional Teams and review new opportunities for viability.
• Coordinate with EDPlan Health team for change requests and UAT and training docs.
