Job summary

You will lead health client engagements, collaborate with regional teams, and provide Tier 2/3 support via Zendesk. Remote work with 50% travel within Oklahoma is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with ≥2 years in nursing.
• Experience with electronic nursing documentation (EHR).
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term client relationships, expand influence, and drive satisfaction.
• Lead health client engagements and provide training for end users.
• Manage multiple projects/clients with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with regional teams and EDPlan Innovation Product Leads.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support via Zendesk and coordinate change requests.
