Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Client Success Partner for EDPlan Innovations focused on EDPlan Health in schools. You will engage with nursing leaders, manage client relationships across multiple states, and drive adoption of EDPlan Health with thorough training and proactive issue resolution.

The role emphasizes nursing expertise, project coordination, and collaboration with EDPlan Innovation, Regional Teams, and clients to deliver improved health documentation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience with electronic nursing documentation (SIS or EHR).
• 2-5 years managing client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term client relationships and drive satisfaction across EDPlan Health.
• Lead health client engagements and meetings with nursing leadership.
• Provide training on EDPlan Health for end users and admins.
• Offer Tier 2/3 support via Zendesk for EDPlan Health.
• Coordinate with Regional Teams to meet client needs.
• Translate client feedback into service improvements and feature requests.
• Maintain strong nursing subject matter expertise in client conversations.
