Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN licensure in the state required; BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing and support staff, delegating tasks.
• Evaluates staff performance with feedback and coaching.
• Oversees patient care planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinates care with healthcare teams to optimize patient flow.
• Ensures effective communication among physicians, patients, families and departments.
• Monitors bed assignments and resource utilization.

• Maintains safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Responds to unit emergencies with leadership and direct care.
