Maine Veterans’ Homes is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Charge to join our Residential Care team. This is a working leadership position for an RN who enjoys providing clinical guidance, supporting a team, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our Veterans.
As the RN Charge, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight throughout your shift, serving as a resource to our Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMAs) and Personal Support Specialists (PSSs). You will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care while supporting your team in meeting the changing needs of those we serve.
As a working leader, you will remain actively involved in resident care. This hands‑on approach allows you to lead by example, stay connected to residents, and provide valuable support to your team.
