Signature HealthCARE Greeneville is seeking an experienced RN to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

You will also ensure accurate documentation, coordinate admissions and transfers, participate in quality assurance activities, and support a culture of learning and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring comfort, dignity and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts per policy and regulations.
• Monitor residents’ status and notify physician or responsible party of changes.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff education.
