Signature HealthCARE of Chapel Hill is seeking an experienced RN to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs and aides, and ensure high-quality resident experiences in a long-term care setting.

The role supports delivering patient-centered care, coordinating care plans, and maintaining documentation accuracy. RN licensure in NC required; shift flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional status and notify physicians as needed.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per facility policy.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges per procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and regulatory surveys.
