This role supervises CNAs, delivers direct care, and participates in care plan development within established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Supervise CNAs and provide direct patient care according to policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
