Good Samaritan Luverne Mary Jane Brown is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents in Luverne, MN. The RN will utilize the nursing process and work with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
• Multistate licensure acceptable if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education across care settings.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.
