Good Samaritan Luverne, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time day shift. The RN will provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families, and the healthcare team to plan and evaluate care.

The role includes potential to serve as charge nurse, opportunities for advancement, education assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Active MN RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program with an RN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, reliable care.
