Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure under NLC.

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; delegate tasks as appropriate to licensed/unlicensed staff.
