Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan’s Mary Jane Brown facility in Luverne, MN will deliver resident-focused care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating care across disciplines, serving as charge nurse when needed, and ensuring safe, compassionate treatment. A BSN is preferred and active RN licensure in the state is required or multi-state licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Active RN license in the practice state or multi-state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

RN license in state or multi-state licensure (NLC)
