Good Samaritan invites an Registered Nurse to join our not-for-profit organization in Luverne, MN, at the Mary Jane Brown skilled nursing facility. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and coordinate resident care in a full-time day-shift setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a accredited nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and can function as a charge nurse if needed.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to license and unlicensed staff as appropriate, ensuring safe and reliable resident care.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, state rules, and professional ethics while delivering comprehensive nursing services.
