Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan in Luverne, MN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a not-for-profit, Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within competencies.

Education
