Job summary

Rest-Haven Health Care Center in Sedalia, MO is seeking a RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our nursing team and oversee everyday patient care. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to respond swiftly to high-stress situations while upholding compassionate patient care.

The ideal candidate is an RN with supervisory experience, able to conduct care audits, train staff, manage medication passes, and ensure safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
• Skilled in performing audits and ensuring care standards.
• Proficient in overseeing medication passes and staff training.

We are currently seeking a RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment's notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
