Job summary

Reliantcaremgmt in Sedalia, MO is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead the nursing team in a high-stress behavioral unit. The ideal candidate has strong clinical knowledge, compassionate leadership, and the ability to respond quickly to changing resident needs.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, CMTs, and hall monitors; conducting audits; overseeing medication passes; training staff; ensuring safety and dignity of residents while delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active RN license.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully.

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
