Qualifications

• Requires completion of an established nursing program.
• 3+ years RN Charge or Preceptor experience; 1-2 years CVICU experience.
• Registered Nurse license is required.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients and families, coordinating with the care team.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute care plans.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care.
