Qualifications

• RN Charge or Preceptor experience wymag is 3+ years.
• CVICU experience 1–2 years preferred.
• Registered Nurse License is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs in a critical care setting.
• Educate patients and families to empower informed healthcare choices.
• Delegate tasks and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
