Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses.

What You'll Do

• You, as an RN, will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.
• Build relationships, manage discomfort, and stay professional in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
• Create care plans reflecting values to aid in resolving issues.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Assess and document learning needs regularly.
• Work with colleagues and the community to create a care plan. Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.
• Use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff. Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
• Achieve goals through teamwork, recognize contributions, and commit to growth. Contribute to peers' development and show community service commitment.

• A deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards, as well as procedures.
• Knowledge of nursing laws, rules, standards, and guidelines in your area. Understand hospital procedures and rules.
