Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 1 year PCU RN experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year PCU plus 6 months CVICU/ICU experience.
• BLS certification preferred or must obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with care team to implement plans and adjust as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
• Document care plans, learning needs, and progress in the EMR.
