Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Central Resource Team at Edward Hospital in Downers Grove, IL. The role is full-time, 36-hour weeks, night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per act and policies, assessing patients, planning and evaluating care, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Requires RN licensure in Illinois and ACLS within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Requires 1+ years' of RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate Degree is the highest, must graduate with a Bachelor's within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies; assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and documents observations; delegates tasks and collaborates with the team.
