Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Central Resource Team at Edward Hospital in Illinois. The role is full-time with a 36-hour week, night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, and rotating weekends/holidays.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing (or ADN with eventual BSN), 1+ year RN inpatient experience, IL RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS within one year. It offers premium pay and strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If ADN is highest degree, must obtain Bachelor's within five years.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA or BLS).
• ACLS within one year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patients, plans and evaluates care, documents observations.
• Delegates care tasks and functions as a team member to meet unit goals.
