Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Central Resource Team at Edward Hospital in Illinois. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and rotating weekends/holidays.

Requires 1+ year RN inpatient experience, BSN preferred or ADN with BSN within five years, IL RN license, CPR and ACLS within one year. Benefits include premium pay and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing; ADN must obtain BSN within five years.
• Current IL RN license; CPR cert; ACLS within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per Act and hospital policies; assess and monitor patient condition.
• Delegate tasks, document observations, and collaborate with the unit team to meet goals.
