Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Central Resource Team at Edward Hospital in Illinois. The role is full-time with a 36-hour weekly schedule and a night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care per policy, assessing patients, and collaborating with the care team. Requirements: BSN or higher, or ADN with BSN within five years, IL RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is highest, must obtain BSN within five years.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA or BLS).
• ACLS within one year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies; assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, delegates tasks, and documents observations.
