Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Central Resource Team at Edward Hospital in Illinois. This full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with rotating weekends and holidays offers 36 hours per week.

Candidates must hold an Illinois RN license, have 1+ year inpatient RN experience, and meet ACLS/CPR requirements. A BSN or higher is preferred, and ADN holders must pursue a BSN within five years of start date.

Qualifications

• RN with Illinois licensure.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• Requires 1+ years RN experience in inpatient setting.
• Must graduate to Bachelor’s Degree if ADN held within five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per state act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress.
• Delegate tasks and collaborate with the health care team to meet unit goals.
