You will provide nursing care per state act and hospital policy, assess patient needs, document progress, and work with the care team to achieve unit goals. Licensure, CPR, and ACLS are required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or BLS).
• ACLS certification within one year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate tasks as appropriate and collaborate with the care team.
