Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 20-bed ICU/CCU unit. The role runs 13 weeks with 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, totaling 36 hours per week. Candidates should have at least two years of critical care experience, current RN license, ACLS, and NIH certifications.

Meditech experience and arterial line management are required. The unit operates with a 2:1 patient ratio, uses GE monitors and Puritan Bennett ventilators, and follows massive transfusion

Qualifications

Description:Seeking a Registered Nurse for an Intensive Care Unit.The unit has 20 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1 for critical care patients.The staffing includes unit secretaries on day and night shifts, with occasional tech assistance.Equipment used includes GE monitors, Alaris pumps, and Puritan Bennett ventilators.The documentation system in place is Meditech.The position requires 36 hours of work per week, including 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks.Contract labor will float before core staff as per the floating policy.The unit performs bedside central line placements and follows massive transfusion protocols.This is a high-level care unit providing advanced skills and technology.The team focuses on reducing time spent in electronic health records to enhance patient care.A flexible schedule is available, and recent upgrades to equipment have occurred.Candidates will be joining a team recognized for its outstanding commitment to quality care.
