Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a qualified RN for a CCU assignment in Kentucky. This 13-week travel role is a night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, 36 hours per week, in a 16-bed ICU with patient ratios of 2:1 (occasionally 3:1).
Requirements include an RN license, BLS/ACLS/NIH certifications, and a minimum of 2 years ICU experience. Ability to float to other units and use Meditech is expected.

Description:The ICU unit has 16 beds.Patient ratios are typically 2:1, occasionally 3:1.Staffing includes Medical Technologists, with additional techs based on census.Advanced equipment includes Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, and Hemodynamic monitoring.Documentation is managed through Meditech.Work requirements include 36 hours weekly.Staff may be required to float to different units as needed.Patient experience is a priority in care delivery.Advanced skills required on this unit include central line insertions and dialysis catheter insertions.The dress code requires scrubs of any color, with restrictions against denim, capris, or camo.Unit-specific policies and guidelines are available upon request.Recognition includes community engagement through projects such as making blankets for hospice patients.Team awards and accolades have been received for outstanding service, including a Daisy Award for excellence.The unit offers flexibility with scheduling and promotes a collaborative environment among staff with varying experience levels.
