Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to support Pain Management at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This full-time position involves coordinating care within a military healthcare setting and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers regular Monday–Friday hours, competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision and PTO, and the chance to contribute to care continuity for the military community.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
• Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
• 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
• Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential
• Current BLS certification

Responsabilités

• Coordinate individualized pain management care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Manage referrals, treatment coordination, and follow-up care
• Provide patient education and support continuity of care
