Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to support Pain Management at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. This full-time role focuses on coordinating comprehensive care for our military community in Alaska.

Candidates should have an RN license, a nursing degree or higher, 3 years of case management experience, a CCM/CDMS/CRRN credential, and current BLS certification. Join a team dedicated to improving outcomes for service members and their families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in any US jurisdiction.
• 3 years RN Case Management experience in the last 4 years.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate individualized pain management care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Manage referrals, treatment coordination, and follow-up care.
• Provide patient education and continuity of care.
