Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks a dedicated RN Case Manager – Wounded Warrior to support recovery and rehabilitation of military service members at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The role is full-time with regular hours and comprehensive benefits. You will coordinate care, collaborate with military providers, and advocate for service members and families while navigating TRICARE, DoD and VA systems.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• BSN from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program is required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in any US jurisdiction.
• 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years.
• Experience working with active-duty military service members.
• Knowledge of TRICARE, DoD and VA healthcare systems, and the Recovery Care Coordinator Program.
• Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential).
• Current BLS certification.

• Coordinate comprehensive recovery and rehabilitation care plans.
• Collaborate with military healthcare providers and support programs.
• Facilitate referrals and continuity of care.
• Advocate for wounded service members and their families.
