Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Outpatient RN Case Manager to join the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson healthcare team in Alaska.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate outpatient treatment plans, assess patient needs, collaborate with providers, and educate patients to coordinate ongoing care. U.S. citizenship is required; a nursing degree and current RN license are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years RN Case Management experience in last 4 years.
• Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, or CRRN).
• Current BLS certification.

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Outpatient RN Case Manager to join the healthcare team at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Use your clinical knowledge and care coordination skills to help military patients navigate their healthcare needs.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
