Vetted Solutions is seeking an RN Case Manager, Workers Compensation to coordinate care for injured employees and facilitate a timely return to work. You will liaise with healthcare providers, TPAs, legal teams, and leadership to resolve cases and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires clinical nursing expertise, IL RN licensure, BLS, and 3+ years of experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to educate staff and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science.
• RN license in Illinois.
• BLS certification.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and claim management.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and compassionate skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and manage workers' compensation cases.
• Act as liaison among injured employees, providers, TPAs, legal teams, and leaders.
• Assess medical progress and develop return-to-work plans.
• Coordinate tests and treatments and monitor adherence.
• Document activities in case management systems accurately.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure appropriate treatment and recovery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; educate staff on processes.
• Support patient safety, infection control, and disease clearance when needed.
