You will work with carriers, TPAs, and providers to manage claims and ensure timely services. The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing or Healthcare/Science, active IL RN license, and 3+ years of clinical nursing experience; BLS/CPR/AHA certification is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science required.
Illinois RN license required (DFPR).
BLS/CPR/AED through AHA required.
3+ years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinates medical care for team members with work-related injuries from injury to return to work.
Performs in-person, telephonic, or video assessments to monitor progress and barriers.
Communicates with workers' compensation carriers, TPAs, and legal teams to manage claims.
Coordinate tests, procedures, and appointments to ensure timely services.
Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and providers for appropriate treatment plans.
Develops and implements return-to-work plans with relevant stakeholders.
Monitors treatment compliance and RTW protocols; escalates issues when needed.
