Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science required.
• Illinois RN license required (DFPR).
• BLS/CPR/AED through AHA required.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates medical care for team members with work-related injuries from injury to return to work.
• Performs in-person, telephonic, or video assessments to monitor progress and barriers.
• Communicates with workers' compensation carriers, TPAs, and legal teams to manage claims.
• Coordinate tests, procedures, and appointments to ensure timely services.
• Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and providers for appropriate treatment plans.
• Develops and implements return-to-work plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitors treatment compliance and RTW protocols; escalates issues when needed.
