Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as an RN in the state of operation.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an RN.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs of assigned patients and manage their care plan.
• Complete initial patient assessment upon admission with history.
• Select appropriate nursing diagnoses and establish measurable goals.
• Review medicines for adverse reactions and contraindications.
