Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of operation (Texas).
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients' care plans from admission through discharge.
• Coordinate with staff nurses, LPNs, CHHAs to deliver the plan of care.
• Document progress and discharge notes in a timely manner.
