The role requires RN licensure, at least one year of experience, and CPR certification. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 accompanies a competitive annual pay range and weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of operation.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Current CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' care plans from admission through discharge.
• Direct staff nurses, LPNs, and CHHAs in delivering the plan of care.
• Identify interdisciplinary needs and coordinate allied health clinicians.
• Document assessments and discharge notes in a timely fashion.
• Inform physician of changes and recommended interventions.
