The Valley Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead safe, individualized discharge planning and to provide proficient utilization management to maximize patient reimbursement. You will collaborate with patients, families and the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of three years' experience in varied clinical settings; two years in Utilization Review, Utilization Management or Case Management preferred.
• Knowledge of social and physical factors that affect discharge and post-discharge needs.
• Current Nevada RN license.
