The Valley Health System in Southern Nevada is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead safe, individualized discharge planning and deliver proficient utilization management to maximize reimbursement across the network.

You will collaborate closely with patients, families and the healthcare team to ensure timely, quality outcomes. Requirements include an active Nevada RN license, 3+ years of clinical experience (UR/UM or Case Management preferred).

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum three years experience in varied clinical settings; two years in Utilization Review/Utilization Management/Case Management preferred.
• Knowledge of social and physical factors affecting discharge and knowledge of community resources.
• Computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheet, and data management software.
• Current Nevada RN license.
• Ability to provide care suitable to the age of patients on the unit/department.
