Journey Nursing Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our clinical team across Snohomish, King, Whatcom, and surrounding counties. The role combines case management, RN delegation, and direct patient care in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of Private Duty Nursing clients.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in patients' homes.
• Develop and update Plans of Care; coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide RN Delegation assessments and supervision.
• Deliver skilled nursing care and education to caregivers.
• Document care plans and progress in EMR.
