Qualifications

• RN with at least one year of clinical experience.
• Preference for 3 years of clinical experience with Case Management in hospital or payer setting.
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Certified Case Manager training preferred.
