Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Three years’ clinical hospital nursing experience required; two years preferred in case management or critical care.
• Certification in case management or utilization review preferred; InterQual experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients and families through program orientation and discharge criteria.
• Coordinate education for patients, families, and caregivers to support treatment planning.
