Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize the need for further assessment based on clinical presentation.
• Initiate discharge planning upon admission and coordinate with care teams.
• Float to partner facilities as needed to meet operational needs.
