Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Scarborough, ME is seeking a skilled RN to provide in-home nursing services under a physician's plan of care. Work in patients' homes and communities with compassion and autonomy.

Requirements include a Maine RN license, CPR, 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and a reliable car. ANA Home Health certification encouraged. Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Maine.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience.
• ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
• Reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.
• Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.
• Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care.
• Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
• Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
• Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
