Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a licensed RN to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes across Buckfield/Hebron/Sumner area from the Norway, ME office. This role can be full-time or part-time and focuses on compassionate, autonomous home visits under a physician’s plan of care.

Requirements include Maine RN license, CPR, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience; ANA Home Health certification encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
  • One year of recent clinical nursing experience is required.
  • Current CPR card required.
  • ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.
  • Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.
  • Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision‑making in the plan of care.
  • Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
  • Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
  • Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
